Every two years, BIET is the meeting place of the Spanish cereal and bakery sector. Over two days of presentations and workshops, BIET covers process and ingredient innovations driven both by research organisations and industrial companies.

At BIET 2015, Julien Huen represented the FLOURplus consortium with his presentation "Intelligent baking based on flour data".
